Our Estate Agency Manager, Pam Leith, will be happy

She will also meet with you in your house to take measurements and photographs internally and externally.
We can ensure your property is advertised weekly in the ESPC's newspaper and on its website, as well as
carrying out all conveyancing work on your behalf. Pre-sale surveys, newspaper advertisements and viewing
requirements can also be arranged.
Buying
We will provide you with a fee estimate for the purchase of your desired property.
We are also experienced in dealing with re-mortgages and council house purchases.
