Make a will now. If you haven't already done so, then we strongly advise you to take prompt action on this most important of issues. Dying without having made a will can cause great distress and financial hardship for your relatives. If you put this to one side then you are putting the fate of your assets such as your property in the hands of others entirely outwith your control.

Carol Reid of our Conveyancing Department prepares wills for people of all ages. Legal Aid may be available for those on low incomes.

It may also be that you have been appointed an executor by a friend or relative who has just died. Or a relative may have died without making a will. Our specialist Executry Department is vastly experienced in these matters and deals efficiently and sympathetically with the winding-up of estates.
